Welcome to Bemuse’s Creator Platform bemuse-creators.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in our platform as a content creator. By applying to or participating in any campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate as a creator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be the rightful owner of all content you submit

• Agree to provide accurate and complete information in your application

• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

2. Information Collection & Privacy

By signing up, you consent to us collecting and storing the following information:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Gender and year of birth

• Type of Visa (South Korea)

• Profile image

• Sample video and photo content

 

We also collect usage data via cookies for services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to improve platform functionality and campaign targeting.

Your data is stored securely and is used only for creator onboarding, campaign matching, and platform improvement. For full details, see our [Privacy Policy].

 

3. Campaign Participation

After being selected for a campaign, you will receive a brief that outlines:

• Deliverables (e.g., short-form video, post)

• Deadline

• Platform(s) for posting

• Specific campaign requirements (e.g., format, messaging, hashtags)

 

By accepting a campaign, you agree to:

• Deliver the content on time and as specified

• Communicate clearly if adjustments are needed

• Avoid submitting content that is misleading, false, or violates any applicable laws or platform guidelines

• Provide, if required by the client or Bemuse, up to two rounds of minor edits (such as text, captions, or transitions). These edits do not include re-filming.

 

4. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Creators retain ownership of their content. However, by participating in a campaign, you grant the brand and Bemuse the following usage rights:

• 6-month usage rights for content usage globally

• Permitted platforms: brand social media (organic & sponsored posts), brand website, brand Amazon page and product pages, and SNS ads

• Extensions or broader usage (e.g., offline, TV, longer than 6 months) must be discussed and agreed upon separately

You may not sell or license the same content to other parties during the usage period unless explicitly agreed upon.

 

5. Edits and Revisions

Each campaign includes up to 2 minor rounds of editing (text overlays, transitions, color grading, etc.).
Re-filming is not required unless explicitly agreed in advance.

 

6. Rewards and Compensation

• Gifting campaigns provide creators with free products in exchange for content

• Paid campaigns offer monetary compensation, which will be clearly stated in the campaign brief

• Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes in their country of residence

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Submit plagiarized or AI-generated content

• Miss agreed-upon deadlines without prior notice

• Post content without approval if required

• Breach brand confidentiality or disclose unapproved campaign details

Violation of these rules may result in disqualification from future campaigns.

 

8. Platform Usage & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also request to delete your profile at any time by contacting us.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Platform downtime or technical errors

• Delays in campaign selection or product delivery

• Any third-party platform policies that affect post visibility or engagement

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
